This set comes with an 8-inch chef's knife, 8-inch slicing knife, 8-inch bread knife, 5-inch utility knife, 3-1/4-inch paring knife, a set of all-purpose shears, a ceramic knife sharpener, and a natural wood storage block. When added to a kitchen, the knives tackle a little bit of everything, from slicing thick cuts of meat to halving bagels to mincing garlic. The heavy-duty shears are an added bonus, as they cube meats such as chicken while also cutting kitchen papers or plastics.
