Description of Hoffritz Aluminum Garlic Press
If your recipe calls for crushed garlic and you dislike handling garlic barehanded, this garlic press will enable you to process "the stinking rose" easily and efficiently. To use, simply place one large clove or several smaller cloves--peeled or unpeeled--in the teardrop-shaped basket and squeeze the handles together.
