Wonderful hand mixer with great looks. Easy to use and read LCD screen. Great performance without a Power surge button. Only drawback is not enough interchangable options, such as wire wisk and stick blender, etc.
Description of Hoffritz HZHM16 Hand Mixer
Offering 16 speeds from kneading to whipping, this 240-watt hand mixer provides precise control while displaying the elapsed mixing time on its LCD meter. The meter also shows which speed is being employed, and buttons on either side of the meter increase or decrease speed at the press of a thumb. Another button quickly retracts the power cord into a hidden recess so the compact, 8-1/2-by-6-1/2-inch mixer can be stowed neatly. Equipped with oversized stainless-steel beaters and dough hooks, the mixer is ideal for any mixing task.
